By using Smart Site Guru's website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Smart Site Guru provides web development, app development, digital marketing, SEO, and custom software development services. Specific service details and deliverables will be outlined in individual project agreements.
Clients agree to:
Payment terms will be specified in project agreements. Typically, a 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon project completion. Invoices are payable within 15 days of receipt.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property created for a project (including code, design, and content) is transferred to the client. Smart Site Guru retains the right to use project work for portfolio and promotional purposes.
We provide services "as is" and make no warranties regarding the fitness or performance of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without consent.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be charged for work completed up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Patna courts.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with updated date.
